The short version: we only ever hold what you choose to send us, we use it to reply and do the work you asked about, and we never sell it or hand it to anyone else. Here's the longer version, in plain words.

What we collect
Only what you give us. When you email us, message us on WhatsApp, call, or fill in a form on this site, we receive your name, your email or phone number, and whatever you write. That's it. We don't run advertising trackers, we don't build a profile of you, and we don't buy data about you from anyone.
Why we hold it
To reply to you, to understand what you need, and to do the work if we go ahead together. Nothing else.
Where it goes
A form on this site is saved to a private database we run, and the team gets notified by email straight away — only the people who answer can see it. If your device can't reach that for any reason, the form falls back to opening a plain email instead, so your message is never lost either way. We never sell, rent, or share your details with third parties.
Cookies & analytics
This site sets no tracking cookies and runs no third-party analytics. The only thing kept in your browser is your light/dark theme choice, stored locally so the site remembers it — it never leaves your device.
How long, and your choices
We keep your message only as long as we need it to help you, and clear it out when it's no longer useful. You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, or to delete it — just email info@aviantechnology.co and we'll sort it out.
